Energy Works KC EWKC is a new rebate program for Kansas City Missouri residents. It combines Home Performance with Energy Star’s  Energy Audit with Cool Home’s by KCP&L or Energy Sense by MGE. The details are not final but it a home owner could receive an extra $900 rebate form the City of Kansas City.  There is a minimum of 15% Overall energy savings required. The program is slated to begin October 1st 2011.
