These certificates are a simplified way for building officials to make sure your home meets IECC requirements. Every new home must meet set energy requirements in order to pass inspection.
Here at GIC we would like to help make this process a little easier for you.
With a simple email sent, we will examine the plans for information needed to provide you with a completed certificate. This will give you a simple report for code approval. Although not every county requires a REScheck, it is a simplified way to make sure you are following Energy Efficiency requirements.
